We currently ship to the following countries:
– Denmark (1-2 business days)
– EU, UK, Norway and Switzerland (2-3 business days)
– US and Canada (3-5 business days)
– Japan and South Korea (3-5 business days)
– Rest of world (4-6 business days)
All shipment times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that due to national holidays, our warehouse will not be operating on 5 June.
During this time, we will not be able to ship orders or process returns.

The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days for standard delivery and 2-3 business days for express delivery.

Duties and tariffs included. As of August 27, 2025, all applicable duties, tariffs, and import taxes are covered in the purchase price at checkout. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees to receive your order. Please note that due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, customs processing may take longer.
The total order value is calculated before the addition of promo codes or discounts. All prices are inclusive of tariffs and duties.

WORLDWIDE – Shipping rates (excl. VAT) and delivery time:
UPS Express Home Delivery ODD: 45€
Estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days.
Please note that depending on your order and country, you might be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which Tekla cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking code, where you will be able to track your order. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to work. If you have an account on teklafabrics.com website, you will be able to track your order under 'Order history' section for each order that has been shipped.

Returns and exchanges
Tekla is happy to accept returns and exchanges no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. Products should be returned new, unused and with their original tags and packaging. Please follow online guidance in the return and exchange portal to receive a prepaid return label, as return labels are not included as part of the order. If returning the product(s) for a refund, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund. If exchanging the product(s), shipping is complimentary.
For orders placed in Denmark, we also offer exchanges or returns in our store at Vognmagergade 7, opening hours can be found on the store page. Please bring your order number in order for us to process your exchange or return.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.
You are liable for a possible deterioration of the product's value caused by you in the way of trying the products. You may try the product in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of deterioration. If the product is used in any other way than described above we consider the product as used and you will lose your right of return partially or completely.
You will receive confirmation within two days of your return being received. Once this has been processed, your refund will be issued to the credit card used to place the order. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to reach your account.
We do not accept responsibility for products lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.

Refunds will be credited through the same method used to make the payment.
Yes, you may return the full order or part of the order. Please follow the guidance for returning the items via the returns and exchange portal.
We are also happy to assist with a return if you are not satisfied with your order no later than 30 days from the day you received the order.
Please contact customercare@teklafabrics.com if you need assistance in arranging the return.
For orders placed in Denmark, we offer exchanges and returns in our store at Vognmagergade 7, opening hours can be found on the store page. Please bring your order number in order for us to process your exchange or return.
You can also exchange an order by reaching out to our customer care team. Tekla Copenhagen can currently not offer exchanges or returns on international orders.
As soon as we have received and accepted your return, your refund will be issued to the credit card that was initially used to place the order.
Please allow up to 10 business days for our warehouse to process your return and refund.
Tekla will refund the full amount of the returned products – all other expenses related to returns or exchanges are covered by the customer.
