Maison De Yarn is happy to accept returns and exchanges no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. Products should be returned new, unused and with their original tags and packaging.

Please follow online guidance in the return and exchange portal to receive a prepaid return label, as return labels are not included as part of the order.

If returning the product(s) for a refund, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund.

If exchanging the product(s), shipping is complimentary.
